Martha Andrews is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist as well as the Regional Luxury Ambassador for the KW Southwest Region, and a member of Keller Williams Sports & Entertainment group. She also focuses on Physician Relocation to and around the Valley. As a member of Keller Williams she has developed her own successful team of like-minded agents that understand her value proposition that “The best interest of the client is the ONLY interest to be considered”. Since 2016, she and her team have had over $500 million in closed sales. In 2021 her team, XSell Real Estate Group, closed over $130 million with 180 homes sold. Martha serves on the Leadership Council of the Keller Williams Arizona Realty office in addition to owning an interest in the KW franchise. Originally from Texas, she is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a degree in Business with emphasis in Real Estate. Martha worked with Trammel Crow Real Estate Company throughout the United States in marketing and property development. She then moved to Arizona with her husband after he completed his medical residency. For the past 20 + years she has dedicated herself to the community and its schools while also raising her 4 children. Martha has acquired a love and knowledge of the area that allows her to provide information that is relevant to each client's specific needs.
